We have brokered sales such as the 180,000 square foot retail center Marketplace Square in Stuart, Florida to a REIT (with the cooperation of our Florida affiliate) and the sale of a 43,000 square foot neighborhood center in Parsippany, New Jersey. We are constantly in need of single tenant net leased properties rated S&P BB or better with a particular need for leases of at least 20 years to BBB or better credits..
