corporate clients as well as professional real estate investors
in obtaining mortgage financing. Our firm specializes in
representing the interests of the borrower, and we do not
serve as mortgage correspondent for the lending
institutions. This gives us broad access to the entire
commercial mortgage marketplace. Because we constantly remain aware of the priorities of the various lenders, we are able to direct our clients to only the most suitable lenders. This avoids a "shot gun" approach to the market which often conveys an anxious and unprofessional impression upon the institutional lenders. Our approach increases the negotiating leverage of our client in obtaining the best possible mortgage loan. The minimum loan we typically represent would be $2 million dollars. Examples of some financing we have completed include a $36 million dollar loan for a fully leased shopping center to take out the construction loan and $5 million dollars for an office building to refinance and take cash out.
