Our firm specializes in representing the interests of the borrower. We do not serve as mortgage correspondent for the
lending institutions. This gives us broad access to the entire commercial mortgage marketplace.
Due to the fact that we remain constantly aware of the priorities of the various lenders, we are able to direct our
clients to only the most suitable lenders. This avoids a "shotgun" approach to the market which often conveys an anxious and unporfessional
impression upon the institutional lenders. Our approach increases the negotiating leverage of our client in obtaining
the best possible mortgage loan.
The minimum loan we typically represent is 2 million dollars. Examples of some financing we have completed include a 36 million
dollar loan for a fully leased shopping center to take out the construction loan and 5 million dollars for an office building
to refinance and take cash out.
